This gorgeous antique brooch is set with a 1ct aquamarine centre. It has a tapering pointed shape, and the central stone is surrounded by elegant old cut diamond open worked settings. It's crafted in 18k white gold with platinum settings and dates from the Art Deco period, circa 1920.
